Prebaked frozen bakery product.

 

Ingredients:
White wheat flour, water, yeast, iodised salt, soy flour, sugar, vital wheat gluten, emulsifiers: sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate, mono- and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, preservative: calcium propionate, enzymes, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.

Important:
Contains vital wheat gluten and soy flour. Does not contain GMO. Produced in a unit with certified food safety and quality management system. Produced in a unit handling wheat gluten, soy flour, nuts, sesame seeds, milk and eggs.

Instructions for use:
Preheat the oven to 220 °C, remove product from packaging, place on a baking tray and defrost for 10 minutes. Spray product with water (if the oven is fitted with a steam generator, steam the oven for 10 seconds at the start of baking). Baking time: 6-8 minutes. Do not microwave!

Packaging: Polyethylene bags containing 20 mini baguettes, in cardboard boxes.

Storage conditions: Store at -18 °C. Do not refreeze after defrosting.

Validity period: 180 days in original packaging at -18 °C, 72 hours after defrosting and baking
