White wheat flour, water, olive oil, olive rings (8%), yeast, alimentary iodised salt, soy flour, stabilisers: guar flour, calcium phosphate, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, mono- and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sugar, flour treatment agents: ascorbic acid, L-cysteine, enzymes.

Contains gluten and soy flour. Does not contain GMO. May contain traces of nuts, sesame seeds, milk and eggs.

Instructions for use:
Preheat the oven to 220 °C, remove product from packaging, place on a baking tray and spray with water (if the oven is provided with a steam generator, steam the oven for 10 seconds at the start of baking). Baking time: 6-8 minutes. Baking time: 6-8 minutes. Do not microwave!

Weight: 140 g.

Packaging: Cases containing 6 ciabattas in a controlled atmosphere.

Storage conditions: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Validity period:
21 days in original packaging. Once the packaging has been unsealed, the product may be stored at 2-8 °C for 3 days.
